Instructions for ordering special meals
You can order special meals in the following ways:
1. During the process of Booking on the Vietnam Airlines website;
2. After purchasing, go to "Manage Booking” on the Vietnam Airlines website, visit "Buy ancillaries” - "Special services", then select a suitable meal;
3. Contact the Contact Center at 19001100 (for calls within Vietnam) or (+84-24) 3832 0320 (for calls from outside Vietnam).
If you exchange your flight, please re-book your meal.
