Vietnam Airlines transports over 10 tons of relief goods free of charge to flood-affected areas in Central Vietnam

The Vietnam Airlines Group (comprising Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines, and VASCO) has implemented a program to provide free transportation of relief goods to areas severely affected by flooding in Central Vietnam.

Hồ Chí Minh… Các lô hàng được vận chuyển chủ yếu trên các chuyến bay từ TP. Hồ Chí Minh đến Huế và Đà Nẵng.

These shipments were sent by various news agencies, social organizations, charity groups, and individuals offering support to flood-stricken residents — including Phu Nu Newspaper (Ho Chi Minh City), Sai Gon Giai Phong Newspaper, the Children Protection Charity Association, and the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross, among others. Most of the cargo has been transported on flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Hue and Da Nang.

As of November 5, nearly 1,000 packages — equivalent to more than 10 tons of essential goods, medicines, clothing, and other supplies — have been swiftly transported by Vietnam Airlines flights to ensure timely delivery to people in the flood-affected areas. (Photo: VNA)

On every relief flight, not only essential goods but also the sentiments and sense of responsibility of all Vietnam Airlines employees are carried — united in the hope that people in Central Vietnam will overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.
