Guides for booking tickets on the Vietnam Airlines app

To book an air ticket on the Vietnam Airlines mobile app, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Enter flight information and promo code (if any)

Accessing the Vietnam Airlines app, select the “Book Flights” section. At the “Flight Search” screen:

Notes: Payment currency depends on the country/region that you selected. If you want to pay in another currency, swipe up to open the bottom toolbar, and select “Setting”. At “Country/Region”, select the country with the desired payment currency.

Step 2: Select a flight

At the “Choose Flights” screen:

• Passengers select Economy Class, Premium Economy Class, or Business Class (depending on the itinerary).
• The system will display the fare and fare rules based on the service class selected. Choose an appropriate fare by clicking “Select”.
• After completion, click “Passenger Information”.

Notes: The fare displayed includes taxes and fees.

Step 3: Fill in the passenger information

On the “Passenger Information” screen, click “Enter information”.

Step 4: Select to buy ancillaries

Vietnam Airlines provides ancillary services to help passengers enjoy the most convenient flight experience.

Step 5: Payment

Passengers select a payment method, provide the required information, and make the payment.

Step 6: Booking confirmation

After completing payment, the system will automatically send a confirmation of the reservation code and electronic ticket to the registered email address. If you wish to cancel, refund your ticket, or change your flight immediately after purchasing, simply select the appropriate options.
