Vietnam Airlines announces passenger service system conversion from 01:15 to 13:00 Vietnam time on April 18, 2024 (18:15 April 17 to 06:00 on April 18, 2024 - UTC time). After this period, the system will return to normal operation to serve our customers. This activity is expected to affect:

- Booking services, ticket purchases, refunds, changes... on the website, mobile application, as well as at ticket offices and agents of Vietnam Airlines;

- Online check-in and airport check-in times;

- Mileage accrual, redemption... of the frequent flyer program;

Vietnam Airlines sincerely hopes for passengers' understanding should any inconvenience arise during this period.

To minimize impact, Vietnam Airlines recommends passengers to consider their plans regarding the aforementioned services during the system change  on April 18, 2024.  If there are any changes, please contact the place of purchase before April 18, 2024 for assistance. Additionally, passengers should be mindful if they have flights during this period as follows:

- Stay updated on flight schedule changes announced by the airline via the phone number, email registered for ticket purchase, or through the ticket office, agent where the ticket was purchased;

- Limit changes to flight itineraries during the system change period;

- Provide complete flight tickets with ticket numbers, booking codes, identification documents, Lotusmile membership card when checking in;

- Follow passenger luggage rules. Checked luggage should have tags with the passenger's name and contact information to prevent loss or being taken by mistake.

Services will return to normal immediately after Vietnam Airlines completes the system change.
