Expanded relationship to drive international growth with fares and inventory
now available globally on Expedia Group’s platform
Hanoi, Vietnam (Aug. 9, 2023) – Vietnam’s flag carrier, Vietnam Airlines and Expedia Group, one of the world's largest travel companies, announced a memorandum of understanding (MOU), expanding their existing relationship to a global scale. The agreement will promote and facilitate travel bookings and sales through Expedia Group's global online platform. The two parties intend to collaborate in areas of mutual interest to enhance customer experience, expand market reach, and help increase revenue streams.
The agreement will see Vietnam Airlines’ fares and inventory available on Expedia Group’s platform, ensuring real time availability, accurate pricing, and seamless booking processes. Vietnam Airlines will also be engaging with Expedia Group Media Solutions to increase the airline’s brand awareness and promote and market its flights to Expedia Group’s global customer base.
