Flora
There are more than 1,436 species of plants growing in many layers of canopy, including large trees, climbing plants, orchids and low vegetation. Many rare species with high conservation value include: Tam Dao pine, kim giao, lat hoa tree, white striped chestnut tree, orchid, etc.
The diversity and richness of the flora has created a brilliant beauty throughout the trails of Tam Dao mountain forest.
Fauna
Tam Dao's fauna also makes visitors amazed with the appearance of 1,411 animal species. Among them are more than 200 species of birds and many rare animals such as: White Pheasant, Black-headed Babbler, White-cheeked Black Langur, Bear, Goat, etc. In addition, the insect system with many species of bees and wild butterflies also contributes to enriching the biological value and beautifying the landscape and animals here.
