Lotus Green Choice booking instructions
The Lotus Green Choice option (opting out of in-flight meals) is available on flights directly operated by Vietnam Airlines with standard meal service. This feature allows passengers who do not require a meal to opt out, helping to reduce food waste and join Vietnam Airlines in creating a greener journey.
Passengers can register for this service during online check-in, from 24 hours to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time, by following these steps:
- Step 1: Visit the Vietnam Airlines website and select “Check-in.”
- Step 2: Enter your Booking Reference (PNR) or E-ticket Number and Last Name to begin the check-in process.
- Step 3: Under “Add amenities to your flight,” select “Lotus Green Choice,” click “Confirm,” and complete the remaining check-in steps.
