BIDV Platinum Visa/Master card holders have the opportunities to convert BIDV points to Lotusmiles miles following the below mechanism:
- 40 BIDV points = 1 Lotusmiles mile
Max amount: 120,000 miles/member/year. Minimum amount: 1,000 miles/each conversion. Mile conversion frequency: Every 2 months
BIDV customers earn BIDV points as follow:
POINTS OF SALE | SPENDING (VND) | BIDV POINTS |

| Outside Vietnam | 1,000 | 3 |
| Spending on golf services or at duty-free shops | 1,000 | 15 |
Infinite card holders can convert BIDV points to Lotusmiles miles following the below mechanism:
- 70 BIDV points = 1 Lotusmiles bonus mile
Minimum amount: 1,000 miles/each conversion. Mile conversion frequency: Every month
BIDV customers earn BIDV points as follow:
