2. Change - Cancellation:

Change: Permitted to equal or higher fare only.

Refund used tickets: refund the difference between the fare paid and applicable fare of used routing minus refund fee.

Passenger have to pay fare difference and change fee (if any).

(*1) Fare to others : (e.g. P1MJPWP JPY 11,000 etc.) Refund the difference between the total paid amount (Fare, Fuel surcharge, Taxes) minus refund fee of JPY30,000.

3. Change fee:

Multiple change fee: Highest change fee of all change fare component applied.

Change fee is not permitted to refund.
