A. Invitation to apply

As a dynamic and modern international carrier deeply rooted in Vietnam's cultural identity, Vietnam Airlines has proudly led the domestic and regional aviation market throughout its 30-year history of development. In line with our strategic network expansion plans for 2026, Vietnam Airlines cordially invites applications from reputable and high-potential candidates for appointment as our General Sales Agent (GSA) in Negara Brunei Darussalam.

Interested applicants are required to complete and submit the GSA Application Dossier in strict accordance with the provided instructions. Submissions must reach Vietnam Airlines no later than July 31, 2026, via the following designated contacts:

B. Applying documents

Applicants are requested to submit a comprehensive dossier comprising the following items:

- Cover letter from the GSA Applicant;

- Vietnam Airlines GSA Application Questionnaire as per attachment;

- Commercial documents:

Company portfolio and company organizational structure;

Marketing and Sales Plan, including but not limited to: (i) Market analysis (passenger demographics, products, pricing, and local distribution channels) (ii) A targeted strategy for revenue generation for Vietnam Airlines, (iii) Specific business proposals and expectations from the Applicant (e.g., overriding commissions, personnel allocation, etc.).

*Financial documents:

Audited or tax-authority-approved financial statements for at least the last two (02) consecutive years, compliant with the host country's regulations.

For enterprises established or operating for less than two (02) years, please provide financial statements covering the period from inception to the date of submission.

*Legal documents:

Valid Business Registration Certificate and/or equivalent corporate legal documents issued by competent regulatory authorities.

Important Note: All documents originally issued in the local language must be officially translated into English, notarized, and/or authenticated by competent authorities.
