The program's discount rates are as follows:

• Domestic: 10% off Economy Classic and Economy Lite fares.
• International: 5% off Economy Classic fares; 10% off Economy Lite fares.

Please note:

• The discount applies to the base fare only (excluding taxes, fees, and surcharges), so the actual discount on the total payment amount may be lower than the stated percentage.
• During peak travel periods or when the Vietnam Airlines website is running a promotion, LotuSociates fares may be equivalent to the fares published on the website.

• The discount does not apply during certain peak travel periods. Details are updated on the Vietnam Airlines website under LotuSociety > LotuSociates.
• LotuSociates fares are a separate, dedicated discount and cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

Yes. Employees enrolled in the program may book discounted tickets for themselves and accompanying family members.

• Each booking must include at least one employee traveling on the itinerary.
• You may book up to 9 tickets per transaction, provided the total does not exceed 10 discounted tickets per year.
• Vietnam Airlines does not require prior registration or submission of a family member list.
• The discount currently applies only to bookings made on the Vietnam Airlines website; the program does not yet support bookings via the mobile app.

Eligibility is limited to companies with corporate‑domain emails that do not operate in the airline ticketing sector.

LotuSociates does not apply to employees working at airline ticket dealers.

Please contact your corporate HR department or designated representative to check the registration status for participation in the program. You may register for a Lotusmiles account using either a personal email address or a corporate email address with a company domain (for example: spdd@vietnamairlines.com).

If you do not have a corporate domain email address, you may use the personal email address that has already been registered by your business or contact your corporate representative to update it. 
This program applies only to businesses that have signed a corporate customer contract with Vietnam Airlines.

Vietnam Airlines will verify your association with the business through an OTP code sent to the corporate email (with the corporate domain) or the personal email previously registered by the business.
The steps are as follows:
Step 1: Log in to your Lotusmiles account
Step 2: Select LotuSociety Offers → LotuSociates
Step 3: Enter your corporate email (or the personal email previously confirmed by the business) to display the business name
Step 4: Receive and enter the OTP code sent to your email to complete verification
Step 5: After successful verification, passengers may purchase tickets following the standard booking process

The OTP code will be sent to the individual’s corporate email address or to the personal email address registered with Vietnam Airlines by the business’s representative.
Each email address can only be verified for 1  account.

You are required to verify the OTP only once during the initial registration. After that, the system will prompt you to re‑verify every 6 months in order to maintain your LotuSociates benefits.

If you do not receive the OTP verification code, please:

- Check your Inbox and Spam/Junk folders

- Wait for about 1–2 minutes for the system to resend the code

- Use the ‘Resend OTP’ option on the verification screen
