[Run For Love] Where the Youthful Energy and Team Spirit of the Marketing & Sales Department Shine Bright

Having gone through a period of thorough preparation before the tournament officially kicked off, the sportsmanship of all staff members in the department was elevated to a high level. The direct presence of leadership at the starting line served not only as a tremendous source of spiritual encouragement, but also affirmed TTBSP's strong commitment to fostering physical culture, connecting human resources, and maintaining a healthy competitive movement throughout the unit.

The direct involvement of the leadership team right from the initial stages of the event is clear proof of the people-centered motto. This created an open atmosphere, breaking down conventional distance between management and staff, while further deepening the bond within the working collective.

Conquering the Autumn West Lake Route

Immersing themselves in the jubilant atmosphere of the sports festival, TTBSP athletes registered for and together conquered two competition distances: 5km and 10km.

Under the cool early morning autumn breeze of the capital, the runners not only strove to complete the course, but also took the opportunity to admire the poetic beauty of West Lake.

Every step along the journey was a testament to persevering spirit and the determination to overcome personal limits. At the same time, the activity brought joyful excitement as colleagues stood shoulder-to-shoulder, spreading positive energy and a spirit of sharing.

The autumn running route along West Lake has always brought special emotions to participants. Combining high-intensity athletic activity with the experience of natural landscapes helped athletes relieve work stress, rejuvenate labor capacity, and enhance team spirit. Along every kilometer of the track, the image of members from SMM, DRC, TFD, ESM, and EDM maintaining their pace together, supporting, and cheering each other on became a signature hallmark of team spirit in this year's event.

Each stride along the rippling waters of West Lake was not only a test of personal endurance, but also an opportunity for individuals to challenge themselves, rising above daily office routine to reach proud new milestones.

Healthy to Contribute, Spreading Love

Embracing the spirit of "Healthy to work, healthy to contribute," all athletes of the Marketing & Sales Department completed the running course with joy and excitement. The glittering finisher medals on their chests were an invaluable reward, marking personal effort and affirming the collective strength of the athletes.

More than just a sports competition, Vietnam Airlines' "Run For Love 2026" provided a meaningful venue for trade union members of TTBSP to exchange, connect, and improve both physical and mental health. The success of the TTBSP athlete delegation at the race significantly contributed to building a positive, dynamic, united, and compassionate working environment within the enterprise.

Although the program concluded with resounding success, its positive echoes and noble sportsmanship continue to spread strongly among the staff. This will serve as an important foundation helping the unit continue to successfully fulfill its professional tasks in the coming period, while maintaining and developing community movements that bring practical values to both the community and the business.

Beyond its physical training significance, "Run For Love 2026" offered members memorable experiences outside the boundaries of daily routine. On the track, every word of encouragement and every shared moment of effort helped strengthen collegial bonds, creating a natural connection among team members. These shared experiences not only defined the sports festival but also infused positive energy, inspiring each individual to return to work with enthusiasm, readiness to collaborate, and determination toward the unit's common goals.
