Vietnam Airlines will perform our passenger service system transformation between 1:15 am and 01:00 pm on April 18, 2024. Certain features and services might be affected during this period. Vietnam Airlines recommends passengers taking flights during this period should pay attention to the following information:
• Update changes to flight schedules announced by Vietnam Airlines via the phone number and email provided by passengers when purchasing tickets; • Limit flight changes during our system transformation; • Print or take a photo of ticket/reservation code information and prepare all travel documents and Lotusmiles membership card when checking in at the airport; • Comply with baggage regulations, such as tagging checked baggage with the full name and contact information to prevent baggage lost.
Vietnam Airlines plans to perform its passenger service system transformation between 1:15 am and 13:00 pm on April 18, 2024 (Vietnam time). After this period, the system will resume normal operations.
Services will resume stability as soon as Vietnam Airlines completes the system transformation. Therefore, passengers can continue to use the services after 1:00 pm on April 18, 2024 (Local time in Vietnam).
The passenger service system transformation is expected to affect some of the following services:
- Reservations, ticket purchases, refunds/exchanges, etc. on the website, mobile app, and at the Vietnam Airlines sales office and agents;
- Online check-in and check-in time at the airport;
- Mile accumulation and redemption, etc. of the frequent flyer program;
Vietnam Airlines would appreciate your understanding if any unexpected incidents occur during this time.
To minimize the impact of system transformation, Vietnam Airlines recommends passengers make arrangements to avoid using the services during the transformation period between 1:15 am and 1:00 pm on April 18, 2024. If any changes are required, passengers should contact the ticket seller before April 18, 2024 for assistance.
