CLAIM YOUR MILES

Please login your account on website or mobile app to check account activities and see if your earning miles have been accrued. The Account statement is also sent to your email on a monthly basis.

If miles have not been accrued to your Lotusmiles account after your flight or your consumption service of Lotusmiles partners, you can claim your miles by sending request to Lotusmiles.

How to claim miles?

Option 1 (apply only for claiming miles on flights): 
  • Step 1: Log in Lotusmiles account.
  • Step 2: Go to Claim missing miles.
  • Step 3: Fill in the form of claiming missing miles on Vietnam Airlines.
  • Step 4: Submit the form and waiting for Lotusmiles response.
Option 2: 
  • Step 1: Send the required documents to Lotusmiles contact center by email or submit the claim at Vietnam Airlines branch offices.
  • Step 2: Waiting for Lotusmiles response.

For Non-Airline transactions: 06 months from the date of transaction

  • Newly joined members can add qualifying miles and bonus miles for flights made with Vietnam Airlines and SkyTeam airlines within 6 months prior to enrollment date.
  • The convenient way to add miles for the missing flight is to claim it online: You can log in your Lotusmiles account on the Vietnam Airlines website or App and enter the Request for Mileage claim.
  • You can also email photos of the following documents or submit them at Vietnam Airlines branches:
- Boarding pass: Original or copy;
- Air ticket: Copy or ticket number;
- Invoice: For transactions on partners (Invoice with member's name)
  • Members are required to keep airline tickets, boarding passes or invoices when buying products or using the services of non-airline partners until the miles have been credited to their account.
  • For miles to be automatically added, always show your Lotusmiles card every time you make a reservation, buy an airline ticket or use a partner's service.
