The automatic ticket refund function applies to:

- Tickets purchased on Vietnam Airlines' website/app.

- Itineraries that are entirely domestic in Vietnam and tickets purchased with conditions for refund.

- Ticket refund time:

• Refund at least > 3 hours before departure time for tickets with the first refundable leg departing from the following Cities/Airports: Cam Ranh - Nha Trang; Can Tho; Cat Bi - Hai Phong; Chu Lai - Quang Nam; Con Dao - Ba Ria-Vung Tau; Da Nang; Dien Bien; Noi Bai - Hanoi; Lien Khuong - Da Lat; Phu Quoc - Kien Giang; Tan Son Nhat - Ho Chi Minh City; Tho Xuan - Thanh Hoa; Van Don - Quang Ninh; Vinh - Nghe An.
• Refund at least 24 hours before departure time for tickets with the first refundable leg departing from other airports.

- Refund time:

Vietnam Airlines will refund to the card-issuing bank within 15 working days from the date of ticket refund. The time limit for receiving refunds depends on the regulations of your card-issuing bank. To check the refund information in your account, please contact the card-issuing bank directly.

For tickets booked on Vietnam Airlines' website/App, paid by special methods, refunds follow the following process:

1. Tickets paid at Vietcombank, Techcombank, AirPay, Payoo counters: Refunds at Vietnam Airlines ticket offices in Vietnam.

2. Tickets paid by Konbini, Miles and money: Send refund requests to onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com
