Applicable Routes

The LotusDeli pre-purchase service is available for all cabin classes on domestic and international flights operated by Vietnam Airlines.

Note: 

  • LotusDeli products may be subject to import restrictions in certain countries. To ensure a smooth journey, please check the entry and customs regulations of your destination in advance.
  • For pizza products: Applicable only to domestic flights with a flight duration of at least 1 hour and international flights of at least 1 hour 30 minutes.

Passengers can pre-purchase LotusDeli products using the following payment methods:

  • Credit card
  • QR code
  • E-wallet
  • Domestic debit card

How To Pre-purchase LotusDeli Products

Pre-order Deadline

  • Passengers are required to place their LotusDeli order at least 12 hours prior to departure time.
  • Pizza: at least 24 hours before departure time.

How to Pre-purchase LotusDeli Products

Passengers can pre-order LotusDeli meals using one of the following methods:

  • During the online ticket booking process on the Vietnam Airlines website, select LotusDeli Meal at the “Buy Additional Services” step.
  • After ticket purchase, go to Manage Booking → Buy Additional Services → LotusDeli Meal.
  • During online check-in, passengers can purchase a LotusDeli meal on the Buy Additional Services page.

Changing a LotusDeli Meal

Passengers may change their pre-ordered LotusDeli meal to another meal of equal or greater value.

To request a change, please contact our Customer Support Center at onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com and ensure that your request meets the following time requirements:

  • 24 hours before the departure time of the new flight, if the new flight departs earlier than the original one
  • 24 hours before the departure time of the original flight, if the new flight departs later than the original one.

Refund Policy

Passengers may request a refund for pre-purchased meals in the following cases:

  • Vietnam Airlines reschedules the flight by more than 4 hours compared to the original departure time.
  • The meal was ordered but not served on board due to Vietnam Airlines’ error.

Note:

  • Please check the e-invoice sent to your registered email to ensure that your order has been successfully placed.
  • If you make changes to your flight schedule due to operational reasons from Vietnam Airlines or for personal reasons, please contact the ticketing office or our customer care team at least 12 hours before departure to reconfirm your service.
  • In cases of last-minute flight changes, pre-ordered meals may be canceled.
