Qualification
1 million qualifying miles accumulated from taking VN-coded flights, operated by Vietnam Airlines since enrollment 
  • 50,000 qualifying miles, or
  • 45 qualifying segments (Applicable from January 01, 2024)
During the qualifying period from the current month plus the previous 12 months
  • 30,000 qualifying miles, or
  • 27 qualifying segments
    (Applicable from January 01, 2024)
During the qualifying period from the current month plus the previous 12 months
  • 15,000 qualifying miles, or
  • 18 qualifying segments
    (Applicable from January 01, 2024)
During the qualifying period from the current month plus the previous 12 months
  • 1 qualifying mile
Lotusmiles Members may achieve Silver, Titanium or Gold membership tier by using the services of Vietcombank, Techcombank, VPBank, VietinBank, VIB, Standard Chartered, Sacombank and Mobifone. Learn more here

  • Qualifying miles/flights can be earned when traveling with Vietnam Airlines and SkyTeam airlines
  • Qualifying miles refers to miles accrued on eligible flights of Vietnam Airlines or any other airlines in the SkyTeam. In addition, Members can buy qualifying miles/flights from Lotusmiles or accumulate extra qualifying miles/flights from Vietnam Airlines promotional campaigns

  • To maintain the acquired Membership level in subsequent years, Members must accrue the relevant accumulated qualifying miles/flights for 12 consecutive months in the qualifying period
  • If a Member fails to meet the criteria for their current status, their Membership status will be downgraded to a lower tier according to their accumulated qualifying miles/flights.
