I.                   Requirements for goods and services:

1.      Internet connection:

-          Internet connection: Business fibre for Sydney.

-          Guaranteed uptime: 99% as minimum.

-          Unlimited data

-          Hardware requirements: must be compatible with existing network infrastructure.

2.      Telephone system: 25 users as minimum with option to adjust

-          Cloud-based VOIP system.

-          Multiple local channel

-          Separated phone number for Sydney offices and Melbourne offices.

-          No IP restrictions (Callable anywhere, anytime)

-          Multiple endpoints (desk headset, laptop or mobile …)

II.                Requirement for submitting quotations:

-          Experiences IT/Telecommunication providers: providing onsite/offsite technical support (Sydney and Melbourne), managing the transferring from the existing Internet/Phone provider to new services, providing end-users support/training.

-          Price of service quotation: Monthly payment.

-          Term of contract: 36 months

-          Time to submit quotations: No later than 02/02/2026.
