Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries notify travelers about new regulations of importing rice to Japan for personal use. When travelers plan to import rice, they have to get official approval by the official of Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries to certify that the imported weight has not exceeded 100 kg for personal use.
