(Updated on 05 November 2021) Vietnam Airlines would like to inform you of the updated information on regulations on entry to Taiwan as follows:

- Passengers allowed to enter:

+ People with Taiwanese nationality.

+ Holders of a long-term residence card (Alien Resident Certificate).

+ Persons with "DC", "ER", "FC", "FD", "FO", "FR", "FS", "OC", "OS", "TC" or "TS" stamps on the visa.

+ Persons who have an "X" on their visas from October 21, 2021.

+ Diplomatic staff (with MOFA ID - Ministry of Foreign Affairs ID).

+ Foreigners and transit passengers are NOT allowed to enter Taiwan.

- Passengers must have a Covid-19 negative certificate in the form of LAMP, NAAT, PCR, RNA, RT-LAMP and RT-PCR, taken within 3 days before departure. For details, please visit: https://www.cdc.gov.tw/Category/MPage/XQ9r73gXAgEfJZV9zm6gaA

- For Taiwanese nationals with long-term residence card: if there is no confirmation of negative for Covid-19, it is necessary to prepare the following procedures:

o Commitment to entry and isolation regulations (attached file).

o Self-paid testing upon arrival in Taiwan.

- All passengers must declare the Taiwan Immigration Quarantine system at the link: https://hdhq.mohw.gov.tw/Default1?openExternalBrowser=1

- All passengers must be quarantined for 14 days at isolation facilities or hotels, and must be certified by these facilities.
