Hanoi, 28th February 2019 - Pakistan’s Civil Aviation Authority has announced Pakistani airspace will close until further notice, impacting all Vietnam Airlines’ flights between Europe and Vietnam. As a result, passengers on these flights are experiencing longer flight times due to rerouting to avoid Pakistani airspace.
All Vietnam Airlines’ flights between Europe and Vietnam have been operated normally and departure times have not been affected. We strongly recommend passengers travelling between Europe and Vietnam to contact the airline’s representatives, travel agents or visit website or Facebook fanpage for flight status.
