Online payment methods

Before initiating a ticket purchase transaction, passengers should alter the country/region to match the currency to be paid. 

If you do not receive an itinerary confirmation email and ticket from Vietnam Airlines within one hour of making the payment, you can do the following:

1. For tickets purchased via the Vietnam Airlines website or app, please contact:

• The Contact Center: 19001100 (for calls within Vietnam) or (+84-24) 38320320 (for calls from outside Vietnam);
• Or send an email to onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com.

• 2. If you purchased tickets somewhere else, please contact the vendor for assistance.

Passengers can select an alternative payment method or contact:

1. Contact Center: 19001100 (for calls within Vietnam) and (+84-24) 38320320 (for calls from outside Vietnam);

2. Or send an email to onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com.

The post-payment method allows passengers to book seats and pay for fares and ancillary services (except TripCARE Travel Insurance) later without incurring a secure-my-fare fee.

You can perform in the following ways:

1. All ticket outlets: Go to "Manage Booking" on the Vietnam Airlines website/mobile app;

2. Ticket outlets in Vietnam: Internet Banking app, payment via ATM, cash payment at bank counters and convenience stores, and international card installment via the Ngan Luong payment gateway.

For post-payment payments, the airfare payment deadline is as follows:

1. Booking should be made at least 24 hours before departure:

• With regards to flights operated by Vietnam Airlines: Payment should be made within 08 hours of booking and at least 24 hours before departure.
• With regards to flights operated by Vietnam Air Service (VASCO): Payment should be made within 1 hour of booking.

2. Booking should be made 24 hours before departure: Payment should be made within 1 hour of booking.
