Vietnam Airlines provides the following services for passengers with disabilities:

1. Services for passengers with hearing impairments: To assist passengers with hearing impairment, partial or complete loss of the ability to perceive sound, and difficulty communicating and receiving information. 

2. Services for passengers with visual impairments: To assist passengers who are visually impaired, have partial or complete vision loss, and require special assistance. 

3. Service for passengers using wheelchairs: To assist passengers with mobility difficulties. 

4. Accompanying cabin crew services: Vietnam Airlines will arrange for accompanying cabin crew to assist passengers on the flight.

Passengers carrying personal medical equipment including syringes, nebulizers, ventilators, oxygen concentrators, breathing air purifiers, blood pressure monitors, suction machines, positive air pressure pumps, and wheelchairs need to comply with the regulations for handheld electronic devices and wheelchairs & mobility aids.

2. Passengers use in-flight services provided by Vietnam Airlines including:

• Oxygen service;
• Stretcher service.
