Issue electronic VAT invoices for individuals, organizations, or companies
Electronic VAT invoices are issued for the tickets and ancillary services purchased on the Vietnam Airlines website/app with VND as the payment currency. Within 72 hours after purchasing your ticket, you do the following two ways:
1. Go to the Online Invoice Issuance Declaration page, enter the company name and tax code, and then click the Lookup button. Then select the ticket number to invoice and click the Register button.
2. Go to the Manage Booking section on the Vietnam Airlines website/app, go to "Post-sales help" and "Issue invoice". Then, follow the steps in the first way.
