What if I miss my connecting flight due to flight cancellation, itinerary change, or flight time change
1. For tickets purchased via the Vietnam Airlines website or app, please contact:

1. If you are not a Lotusmiles member and purchase tickets via the Vietnam Airlines website/app, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Manage Booking section on Vietnam Airlines website/app, then fill in the reservation code/ticket number and last name;
- Ask the NEO virtual assistant with the keyword "Check booking information", then select "My flight ticket" and provide your full name, reservation code, and email address.
- Contact the Contact Center in Vietnam:
- Service hours 24/7;
- For calls within Vietnam: 1900 1100;
- For calls from outside Vietnam: +84 24 38320320;

2. If you are a Lotusmiles member, please contact the Contact Center:

2. Submit a ticket exchange request to Vietnam Airlines using the Ticket Exchange Request Form.
