Vietnam Airlines announces that the Lotus Lounge at Passenger Terminal 2, Noi Bai International Airport, will be temporarily closed from August 11 to August 26, 2025, for facility upgrades and maintenance. These improvements are aimed at enhancing passenger comfort and service quality.
During this period, Vietnam Airlines will provide lounge services at the ACV Business Lounge, located on the 4th floor, opposite boarding gates 30 and 31. This is part of the airline's ongoing infrastructure and facility maintenance plan to maintain high standards of ground services, ensuring passengers' needs for relaxation, work, and dining are met before their flights.
Vietnam Airlines sincerely appreciates passengers' understanding and cooperation during the temporary closure of the Lotus Lounge and looks forward to their continued support when the lounge reopens.
