The spirit of mutual support, helping each other in times of difficulty, can be seen every day, everywhere. From remote areas to urban centers, from everyday life to social media platforms, from large organizations to small acts of kindness. The more this beautiful spirit spreads, the more we see the world around us filled with warmth and goodness.
Difficulties exist everywhere, sometimes right next to us, unnoticed due to the busyness of life. With the nature of their job, flight attendants travel far and wide, with the airplane as their office and the skies as their working environment. Sometimes, they meet each other today, and may not see each other again for months. Yet, when news spreads that someone in the team is facing hardships, everyone unites to help swiftly and selflessly.
One exemplary case is that of Mr. Tài, a security guard. Although Mr. Tài was a contract employee assigned to protect the staff's vehicles while they flew, when the news spread that he was injured by a dog bite while chasing a stray dog away from a pre-flight meeting area, the team quickly came together to support him.
Just 14 hours after a call for help with his medical expenses, we received an amount far beyond our expectations.

Receiving the heartfelt donation, Mr. Tài, moved, shared: "This is a huge and unexpected gift for me. I never dreamed of receiving such an amount. I want to sincerely thank the leadership of the Team and all the colleagues, flight attendants, and employees."
Earlier, we learned that Mr. Tài's family faced financial difficulties and could not afford the necessary medical treatments.
For 30 years, the Flight Attendant Team has built its foundation not only through dedication to tasks, resilience in overcoming challenges, and professional passion, but also through acts of love and care for each other, helping the team to shine.
