Warm Kitchens for Children in the Border Regions

25/09/2023

In addition to constructing clean water systems, libraries, desks, and classrooms for schools in previous phases, the aim is to assist highland ethnic minority students, especially those from small, remote communities. These efforts create favorable conditions for the children to attend school, provide peace of mind for their parents, and enable teachers to stay committed to their schools, bringing cultural enlightenment to deep and remote areas.

Previously, the children brought their meals from home, but by the time they ate, the food had cooled. Now, a kitchen has been built at Háng Xê school, allowing the teachers to prepare hot meals for the children. (Photo: DTV)
