Payment methods may vary depending on the ticket offices or Vietnam Airlines' website or app. Passengers can select one of the following:
- International payment cards (Visa, Master, JCB, Amex, UATP);
- Payment methods within Vietnam: VNPay, Momo, Shopee Pay; Napas Payment Gateway;
- Country/region-specific payment methods: UnionPay, AliPay, WeChat Pay, Konbini, KCP, Sofort, Paypal;
- Deferred payment:
- Applicable to all ticket outlets: Go to "Manage Booking" on the Vietnam Airlines website/mobile app;
- Applicable to the ticket outlets in Vietnam: Internet Banking app, payment via ATM, cash payment at bank counters and convenience stores, and international card installment via the Ngan Luong payment gateway.

You can perform in the following ways:
1. All ticket outlets: Go to "Manage Booking" on the Vietnam Airlines website/mobile app;
2. Ticket outlets in Vietnam: Internet Banking app, payment via ATM, cash payment at bank counters and convenience stores, and international card installment via the Ngan Luong payment gateway.
The post-payment method allows passengers to book seats and pay for fares and ancillary services (except TripCARE Travel Insurance) later without incurring a secure-my-fare fee.
For post-payment payments, the airfare payment deadline is as follows:
1. Booking should be made at least 24 hours before departure:
- With regards to flights operated by Vietnam Airlines: Payment should be made within 08 hours of booking and at least 24 hours before departure.
- With regards to flights operated by Vietnam Air Service (VASCO): Payment should be made within 1 hour of booking.
2. Booking should be made 24 hours before departure: Payment should be made within 1 hour of booking.
