Vietnam Airlines remains committed to prioritizing passenger benefits and delivering the best travel experience.
In 2019, the airline transitioned from a weight-based baggage policy to a piece-based system, offering increased checked baggage allowances.
Specifically, for Economy Class, the weight-based allowance was 1 piece of 20kg, which increased to 1 piece of 23kg under the piece concept. For Premium Economy, it increased from 2 pieces of 40kg to 2 pieces of 46kg.
