From April 18, 2024, Vietnam Airlines will transform our passenger service system. Some features and services may be impacted due to technological reasons. Please refer to the "Frequently Asked Questions" section below for more information when purchasing or changing additional services.
Vietnam Airlines will provide services as usual. Passengers are informed to bring along the following documents:
1. Travel documents;
2. Ticket or reservation code information;
3. Ancillary service receipts (if passengers purchased the services);
4. Lotusmiles membership card or present the card image on the Vietnam Airlines app.
You can perform the following:
1. For tickets purchased on the Vietnam Airlines website/app, contact the Contact Center at the email address onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com
2. For other cases: contact the ticket seller.
Your booked seat is valid only for the selected flight. When you need to change to another seat or flight, you need to buy a new seat at a fee equal to or higher than the old seat price and refund the old seat within 7 days after the flight date.
To buy a new seat, go to "Manage Booking" on Vietnam Airlines' website/mobile app to select and purchase a new seat or contact your ticket seller.
To refund the old seat:
1. For tickets purchased on the Vietnam Airlines website/app, contact the Contact Center at the email address onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com.
