Lotusmiles members, you can now use your miles to access various Vietnam Airlines' Business Lounges in Vietnam (eligible members only). Upgrade your pre-flight experience today!

Applicable Flights

• Scope of application: All Business Class lounges in Vietnam.
• Eligible flights: Flights bearing VN flight numbers, operated by Vietnam Airlines (VN), Vasco (0V), and Pacific Airlines (BL).
• Eligible members: Million Miler, Platinum, and Gold members redeeming rewards for accompanying passengers on the same flight.
• Number of accompanying passengers per redemption: Each redemption allows Million Miler members to redeem for up to three accompanying passengers, while Platinum and Gold members may redeem for one accompanying passenger.

Required Miles for Business Lounge Redemption

Mile redemption value for companions in the Redemption Nominee List:

• Vietnam domestic flights: 2,500 miles/person.
• International flights: 4,500 miles/person.

Mile redemption value for companions who are not listed in the Redemption Nominee List: an additional 20% of normal mileage deduction will be applied.

How To Redeem Miles for Business Lounge

At Noi Bai, Da Nang and Tan Son Nhat Airport: Members go to the reception of the Business Lounge and show the Lotusmiles membership card or image of the card in the Vietnam Airlines app and the boarding passes of the members and companions.

At the other airports in Vietnam: Members request the service at the flight check-in counter.
