- Lotusmiles members are required to provide the membership number when apply for new co-brand card of Vietnam Airlines and bank partners.
- Lotusmiles members should contact branches and offices of Vietnam Airlines' bank partners to learn more about the co-brand cards and other credit cards.
- Bonus miles earned from using the bank cards are valid for 3 years from the crediting month.
- Miles will be credited to member’s account from 2-6 weeks depending on the account statement issuance period of each bank partners.
- Members can claim for missing miles at Customer Service of our bank partners.
