Passengers can own a Lotusmiles membership card by purchasing enough qualifying miles/flights corresponding to each card tier.
How to Purchase your Lotusmiles Membership Card?
For passengers who are already Lotusmiles members: To be eligible for a new (higher) card tier, members must purchase extra qualifying miles or flights. Please refer to How to buy qualifying miles/flights.
For non-member passengers: To own a Lotusmiles card, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Enroll as a Lotusmiles member here;
- Step 2: Log in to your account and proceed to purchase qualifying miles/flights, or contact the Vietnam Airlines sales offices.
Purchase a card for someone else: To buy a Lotusmiles membership card for someone else as a gift, passengers should contact the Vietnam Airlines sales offices.
Lotusmiles Membership Card Purchase Fees
Vietnam Airlines offers the following Lotusmiles card plans:
- Platinum card tier (SkyTeam Elite Plus/equivalent to 50,000 qualifying miles):
- Pricing in Vietnam (VAT exclusive): VND 115,000,000
- Pricing outside Vietnam: USD 5,000
- Gold card tier (SkyTeam Elite/equivalent to 30,000 qualifying miles):

- Pricing in Vietnam (VAT exclusive): VND 69,000,000
- Pricing outside Vietnam: USD 3,000
- Titanium card tier (SkyTeam Elite/equivalent to 15,000 qualifying miles):

- Pricing in Vietnam (VAT exclusive): VND 34,500,000
- Pricing outside Vietnam: USD 1,500
The higher the Lotusmiles membership card tier, the more appealing the benefits of traveling with Vietnam Airlines. Refer to more privileges and offers at card tier benefits.
