For tickets purchased via the Vietnam Airlines website/app
1. To pay the ticket exchange fee and fare difference, please perform the following:
- Visit "Manage Booking" - "Post-sales help" - "Exchange flights" on the Vietnam Airlines website/app;
- Or go to “Manage Booking” - “Ancillaries” - “Automatic Exchange” on the Vietnam Airlines website/app.
If ticket exchange has not been achievable, please do the following:
- Submit a ticket exchange request to Vietnam Airlines;
- Email the Contact Center at onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com or call 19001100 (for calls within Vietnam) and (+84-24) 38320320 (for calls from outside Vietnam).

2. To obtain VAT invoice issuance, go to the “Online Invoice Issuance Declaration” page, enter the buyer's name and tax code, and then click the Lookup button. Then select the ticket number to invoice and click the Register button.
For tickets purchased from sales offices or agents, please contact the vendor for assistance.
You can perform the following:
1. Go to "Manage Booking", fill in the reservation code or ticket number, and click "Add Service";
2. Check ticket information in the "Passenger Information" section of the Manage Booking screen.

Involuntary rebooking is a function that allows you to proactively rebook your flights when Vietnam Airlines changes its schedule.
To rebook, passengers click on a link attached to the notification sent to the phone number or email address provided when purchasing the ticket. Passengers can rebook once within 48 hours after receiving notification.
If there is no suitable flight, passengers may request a refund, which applies to tickets purchased on Vietnam Airlines' website/app and whose departure time is adjusted 4 hours earlier/later than scheduled.
