We would like to invite you to join again the procurement for “Vietnam Airlines Flight Info Services for September 2023 - August 2028 period”. This procurement is divided into two (02) independent parts of service (Service parts) and just have only one change “tutorial videos are not mandatory”. The Bidder can offer VNA with one (01) or two (02) of 02 Service parts.
