Hanoi, 6 October 2023 - Vietnam Airlines regrets to announce that due to the impact of Typhoon Koinu, we will cancel the following flights on 7 October 2023:
VN592 Hanoi - Hong Kong; VN593 Hong Kong - Hanoi; VN594 Ho Chi Minh city - Hong Kong; VN595 Hong Kong - Ho Chi Minh city.
Affected passengers on canceled flights will be rebooked onto alternative flights on the following days, 8 and 9 October.
Passengers traveling to/from Hongkong are advised to check for the latest information pertaining to the weather and flight status by visiting Vietnam Airlines’ official Facebook page at www.facebook.com/VietnamAirlinesGlobal, Vietnam Airlines' website www.vietnamairlines.com, or contact agents nationwide and Customer Service at 1900 1100 (call within Vietnam) or +84 24 38320320 (call from abroad). We appreciate your continued patronage and apologize for any inconvenience caused to affected passengers.
