6. Group fares
- Refund/exchange of group tickets:
+ For tickets with conditions that are allowed to be exchanged, tickets can only be exchanged when the whole group has the same time and new itinerary.
+ For tickets with conditions that are allowed to be refunded, refunds apply to the whole group, not to individual passengers.
- The price for children (under 2 years old and from 2 years old to under 12 years old) is applied with the same price as adults.

1. Ticket cancellation/Refund
- Before ticketed flight date, refund fee AUD 160/NZD 160
- On/after ticketed flight date, refund fee AUD 250/NZD 250
2. Ticket changes
- Before ticketed flight date, AUD 120/NZD 120 per change
- On/after ticketed flight date: AUD 160/NZD 160 per change
3. Baggage
- Carry on baggage: 18 kg, including 2 carry-on baggage items (up to 10kg each) and one accessory (2kg). (*)
- Checked baggage: 2 piece (32kg each)
