Lotusmiles is a program exclusively for Vietnam Airlines' loyal customers. With 25 years of development, the program has more than 6 million members and offers opportunities to experience attractive services through affiliate programs with partners in various fields. All passengers from 2 years old can participate in the Lotusmiles Program for free. Once an account is available, members can accumulate miles in different ways such as flying with Vietnam Airlines or airline partners, making bank transactions, or using services from many other partners. Members can use accumulated miles to redeem tickets, service upgrades, baggage, Business Lounge awards, phone bills, shopping points, and gifts. In addition, members who accumulate sufficient miles will be upgraded to a higher card tier to experience more benefits.
Becoming a Lotusmiles member entitles you to earn & redeem miles with Vietnam Airlines, SkyTeam partner airlines and our other partners. You can also enjoy privileged benefits tied with your status, including SkyTeam Elite & SkyTeam Elite Plus benefits once you are Lotusmiles Titanium, Gold, Platinum and Million Milers.
Passengers from 2 years old can register to become Lotusmiles members for free at the "Log-in | Sign-up" section on the website, or the "Register" section on Vietnam Airlines/Lotusmiles' mobile apps. Lotusmiles members not only have the opportunity to enjoy benefits from Vietnam Airlines but also from the program partners.

Accumulated miles can be redeemed for air tickets, seat upgrades, use of Business Lounges, additional checked baggage allowance, etc. Members can refer to the Mile Redemption section and boost your experience with Vietnam Airlines and SkyTeam airline partners.

We are thrilled to announce the official launch of the Lotusmiles Mobile App - a dedicated digital platform crafted exclusively for our members. You can also open your Lotusmiles Pay card through the app.
