Support for transfer baggage
1. Connecting between domestic flights, between international flights, between domestic and international flights operated by Vietnam Airlines with 01 connecting location
- Connecting at Noi Bai, Da Nang, or Tan Son Nhat Airport in under 5 hours.
- At the departure airport: Passengers and checked baggage are checked in until they arrive at their final destination.
- At the connecting airport, passengers are not required to retrieve their checked baggage to check in for their next flight.
2. Connecting between international and domestic flights operated by Vietnam Airlines with 01 connecting location
- Connecting at Noi Bai, Da Nang, or Tan Son Nhat Airport in under 5 hours.
- At the departure airport: Passengers and checked baggage are checked in until they arrive at their final destination.
- At the international terminal of the connecting airport:
- Passengers receive checked baggage before going through security screening.
- Vietnam Airlines staff will assist passengers in moving their baggage to the next flight.
3. Connecting between international flights operated by Vietnam Airlines with 02 connecting locations
- Connecting flights at 02 of the following airports: Noi Bai, Da Nang, or Tan Son Nhat, with a connection time of less than 24 hours.
- At the departure airport: Passengers and checked baggage are checked in until they arrive at their final destination.
- At the international terminal of the connecting airport:
- Passengers receive checked baggage before going through security screening.
- Vietnam Airlines staff will assist passengers in moving their baggage to the next flight.
