No. The excess baggage is valid only for the flight and ticket purchased. Therefore, excess baggage cannot be endorsed, refunded, or exchanged for other services or tickets. Exception: completely unused excess baggage associated with a ticket whose itinerary originates in South Korea is refundable. The refund fee is 25% of the unused prepaid baggage's value.
