LotuSociates

LotuSociates is a flight promotion program exclusively for employees of participating businesses.

To enjoy the privileges of corporate airfares, passengers should be aware of the following conditions:

  • The promotion applies to: Employees at companies and organizations who have enrolled to get offers from Vietnam Airlines.

  • Applicable itineraries: Domestic and international itineraries to/from Vietnam operated by Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines, and Vasco (except multi-segment itineraries).

  • Application period: From now to June 30, 2026.

Passengers should be aware that the program does not apply during peak periods of the flight route.

Registration instructions

Step 1: Fill in the information

Fill out and register the Business Program Entry Form here.

Step 2: Stamp and send color scan to receive the offers

To obtain incentives, the business owner/head of agency, unit, or organization needs to stamp and email a color scan to spdd@vietnamairlines.com.

Step 3: Receive notifications

Vietnam Airlines will update the system and notify businesses that have successfully registered to participate in the program.

How to buy tickets

Step 1

Log in to your Lotusmiles Membership account, which has been accepted for participation in the corporate air ticket program, LotuSociates.

Step 2

Go to LotuSociety and select “Buy Ticket”.

Passengers select the appropriate incentive program from the "Offer Form" section (if eligible for different Vietnam Airlines' incentive programs).

Step 3

In the "Book" section, enter the following necessary information: itinerary, departure date, ticket class, number of passengers, etc.

Step 4

Under the "Choose Flights" section, passengers can search for the appropriate fares and click “select” in each fare box. After reviewing the selected flight information, click “Continue”.

Step 5

On the "Passenger Information" page, passengers review their personal information, enter any necessary travel document information, then click "Continue".

Step 6

Select a payment method and complete the ticket purchase process. After payment, the system will automatically send a confirmation of the reservation code and electronic ticket to the registered email address.

Frequently asked questions

LotuSociates does not apply to employees working at airline ticket dealers.

The LotuSociates program is open to businesses and organizations that cooperate with Vietnam Airlines, except for those in the aviation industry.
