To book a seat for a child under 12 years old traveling with an adult who has purchased a ticket, please do the following:

2. If you purchased tickets somewhere else, please contact the vendor for assistance.

When searching for flights on the Vietnam Airlines website or app, the system always displays the lowest price of open seats for easy selection.

Furthermore, you should plan to purchase flight tickets early, particularly for early morning or late evening flights.

No. The promo code should be entered when searching for flights or at the fare payment step. If you forget to enter a Promo Code, the normal fare will display instead.

Vietnam Airlines will not be responsible for any differences in ticket prices or fare conditions that arise when customers do not enter the Promo Code.

A no-show charge is imposed on passengers who do not board the flight and do not request a ticket refund/exchange at least 03 hours before the flight departure time.

To avoid no-show charges, you should exchange for a new flight or request a refund at least 03 hours before the departure time of the former flight.
