If you already have tickets, you can access the "Manage Booking" section on the Vietnam Airlines website to select seats and make the payment;

A booked seat is valid only for the selected flight. When you need to change your flight, you can perform the following:

Step 1: Access Manage Booking on the Vietnam Airlines website/app, select the Pre-select seat function to buy a new seat at the same or a higher fee;
Step 2: Contact the Contact Center via email onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com to get a refund for the purchased services within 14 days after completing the final flight.
