Recognizing Dedication – Nurturing Dreams

The highlight of the event was the commendation and award ceremony recognizing the outstanding academic achievements of the children of NASCO employees for the 2025–2026 school year.

Over the past academic year, the company celebrated 241 students who achieved Good, Excellent, and Outstanding academic results, including 101 Good Students (Học sinh Giỏi), 93 Excellent Students (Học sinh Xuất sắc), and 47 Outstanding Students (Học sinh Tiêu biểu). Notably, 5 exceptional students were invited by the Vietnam Airlines Youth Union to attend the airline-wide Academic Excellence Commendation Ceremony for the 2025–2026 school year.

The certificates of merit and rewards presented serve not only as recognition for the children's dedication and hard work, but also as heartfelt encouragement to continue striving, learning, and confidently pursuing their dreams toward higher goals. Their accomplishments are a source of deep joy and pride for every family—where parents balance their dedication to company duties with guiding their children along the path of growth.

Speaking at the event, NASCO General Director Bùi Đức Thanh extended warm Mid-Autumn greetings to the children and employee families, while praising the young students for their hard work and remarkable accomplishments during the past school year.

The General Director expressed his hope that the children will continue to be diligent, excel in their studies, build strong health, nurture their dreams, and grow step-by-step through their own dedicated efforts. He emphasized that the children's growth, alongside the happiness and peace of every family, serves as a powerful source of motivation for employees to remain secure in their work and deeply committed to NASCO.

Full Moon Gala – Spreading Love, Connecting Families

Following the commendation ceremony, the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival celebration—co-hosted by NASCO and ASOC—immersed the children in a vibrant festive atmosphere at the Central Circus of Vietnam.

Thrilling acrobatics, captivating circus acts, and engaging artistic performances brought radiant smiles, enthusiastic applause, and boundless joy to the young audience.

Given the unique nature of airport services, many employees work on round-the-clock shift schedules, including weekends and peak operational periods. Because of this, the precious moments where parents can sit beside their children, watch the show, share laughs, and capture family memories become all the more meaningful.

The event also served as a wonderful opportunity for the staff of NASCO and ASOC to gather outside of work, share in the happiness of their children, and strengthen the bonds among colleagues and their families.

From commending the academic achievements of 241 employees' children to co-hosting a memorable Mid-Autumn festival for hundreds of young guests, NASCO's dedication is demonstrated through practical, meaningful actions.
