Services for passengers with disabilities
Vietnam Airlines provides the following services for passengers with disabilities:
1. Services for passengers with hearing impairments: To assist passengers with hearing impairment, partial or complete loss of the ability to perceive sound, and difficulty communicating and receiving information.
2. Services for passengers with visual impairments: To assist passengers who are visually impaired, have partial or complete vision loss, and require special assistance.
3. Service for passengers using wheelchairs: To assist passengers with mobility difficulties.
4. Accompanying cabin crew services: Vietnam Airlines will arrange for accompanying cabin crew to assist passengers on the flight.

1. A companion must be a healthy person aged 18 years or older (as of the flight departure date), traveling in the same class of service as the passenger with disabilities, not traveling with children, and not registered for Special Services (except Special Meals);
2. He or she must be physically and mentally fit to understand safety instructions and care for and help passengers with disabilities in the event of an emergency.
Yes. Passengers are allowed to bring the following assistance equipment or service animals:
1. Mobility aids include 01 walking aid such as a crutch, a walking stick, and a foldable wheelchair that complies with carry-on baggage standards and safety requirements for lithium battery-mounted devices.
2. Service dogs for passengers with disabilities: Vietnam Airlines transports service dogs for free.
