REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: CALL CENTER SYSTEM AND INTERNET UPGRADE IN SYDNEY AND MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA
Vietnam Airlines in Australia would like to request for quotation with following details:
I. Requirements for goods and services:
1. Internet connection:
- Internet connection: Business fibre for 4 offices (2 in Sydney and 2 in Melbourne).
Speed can be different among offices.
NBN is accepted if no Fibre connection is available at airport offices.
- Internet bandwidth: City offices: 200Mbps/200Mbps as minimum.
Airport offices (optional): at least the same as current speed.
- Guaranteed uptime: 99% as minimum.
- Unlimited data
- Hardware requirements: must be compatible with existing network infrastructure.
2. Telephone system: 25 users as minimum with option to adjust
- Cloud-based VOIP system.
- Multiple local channel
- 1300 number is required. (Various block of free allowance, and option to adjust)
- Fax-To-Email capable
- Separated phone number for Sydney offices and Melbourne offices.
- No physical address restrictions (Callable anywhere, anytime)
- Multiple endpoints (desk headset, laptop or mobile …)
II. Requirement for submitting quotations:
- Experiences IT/Telecommunication providers: providing onsite/offsite technical support (Sydney and Melbourne), managing the transferring from the existing Internet/Phone provider to new services, providing end-users support/training.
- Price of service quotation: Monthly/Yearly subscription
- Term of contract: 36 months
- Price range:
o Internet: up to AUD2200/month ex GST (all offices)
o Cloud-based phone system: up to AUD1200/month ex GST
o Headset/headphone devices: minimum 25 devices
- up to AUD400/device ex GST
o Reasonable initial setup charge.
III. Requirement for submitting quotations:
- Time to submit quotations: No later than 22/02/2023.
