Ha Noi, July 6, 2017 - Vietnam Airlines would like to announce: from July 12, 2017, the company will move its operations in Jakarta Airport from Terminal T2 to Terminal T3. Located about 2 km from the old Terminal T2, Terminal T3 is a new terminal with a capacity of 25 million passengers per year. The new terminal with synchronous and modern equipment helps improve the quality of Vietnam Airlines' 4-star products and services, bringing a better experience for customers.
Other airlines in the SkyTeam Alliance, such as Korean Air, KLM, China Airlines, Garuda Indonesia, etc. also plan to switch to Terminal T3 so our passengers having connecting flights with the SkyTeam airlines will enjoy more benefits.
The new terminal T3 has three check-in area and each of them has 26 check-in counters. Passengers of Vietnam Airlines will check-in at Area C including 4 counters C5, 6, 7 and 8.
The Business Class lounge, located at the mezzanine between 2nd and 3rd floor of Terminal T3, serves Vietnam Airlines’ frequent flyers (Platinum, Gold) and Business Class passengers as well as customers of other airlines operating at the new terminal.
