Convert Lotusmiles Miles to ALL Reward Points

The Lotusmiles Program has partnered with Accor, offering members the opportunity to earn and enjoy more from every flight and every stay.
Starting from October 3, 2025, members can convert Lotusmiles miles into ALL Reward points.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Redemption is only available on the Vietnam Airlines website and Lotusmiles app.
  • Members may convert up to 100,000 miles per year.

Conversion Rate:

5,000 Lotusmiles miles = 1,000 ALL Reward points.

Conversion Guide:

  • Step 1: Log into your Lotusmiles account at www.vietnamairlines.com or via the Lotusmiles mobile app, then go to the Accor redemption section.
  • Step 2: Select Convert Miles to ALL Reward Points.
  • Step 3: Complete the conversion. Your two accounts will be automatically linked after the first successful transfer.
