2. Redemption channel: Members can redeem HSBC reward points into Lotusmiles award miles directly on the HSBC app through the following steps:

• Log in to the HSBC Vietnam App & select HSBC TravelOne Credit Card
• Select "Redeem Rewards" and choose "Air Miles"
• Enter personal information, including Lotusmiles membership number, along with the number of reward points to redeem
• Review the redemption information, read the "Terms and Conditions", then click "Submit Request"

HSBC Premier Credit Card

1. Conversion rate: 25,000 points = 1,000 Lotusmiles award miles
2. Redemption channel: Members can redeem HSBC reward points into Lotusmiles award miles via secure message on HSBC Online Banking OR through HSBC Customer Service Center.

 2.1 Steps to redeem points via secure message on HSBC Online Banking:

• Log in to your HSBC Online Banking account.
• Select "Secure Message" and then choose "Send a Message".
• Under "What is your message about?", please select "HSBC Credit Card Rewards Redemption".
• Fill in the required information in the message content section.
